Who we are

What we collect

When you request a demo we collect your first name, last name, company, job title, work email, phone number, number of points of sale, ERP in use and your message. We also record the date of the request and the language of the page. We do not collect data through third-party advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

To answer your demo request, organise the pilot and, if you agree, inform you about IRIS. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering a business request.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted. Client contract data is kept for the duration of the contract and the legal retention period.

Where it is stored

On servers hosted by OVH in the European Union. Access is limited to IRISYS staff who need it to answer your request.

Your rights

In accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can access, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@irisys.cloud.
